War No More

Greetings Dear Ones,
Since the beginning of last week there has been massive movement within the Prime Anchor points of the earth, creating an upsurge of deep levels of feelings/thoughts/beliefs in relation to violence, warring 'on' others and the underlying judgments that lead to the warring, being 'spun' up and out of these anchor points within the Land. Although we live in an age where there are less open conflicts and clashes between countries than ever before in our history, as cited by Steven Pinker, noted psychologist, cognitive scientist and Harvard professor in "War No More", there are perhaps more personal, closer examples of the violence of war that cause us to look more personally and closer at our selves.

It is with the blatant out-picturing of these violent feelings/thoughts/beliefs in such incidents as Aurora, that we have such a potent opportunity to see where we as individuals 'war' on more minor or more subtle bases. They 'fire up' the violence within us to be felt, giving each individual the chance to recognize where and in what ways they contribute to the 'warring'.
Even in feeling the intensity of anger toward the shooter or gun lobbyists or the movie/TV industry profiting from violent/dark subject matter, we must acknowledge the hostility within us that perpetuates the condition of war to be here on this planet.

H.H. the Dalai Lama says that if we want to stop war, we must end war within our own being. That includes our own thought processes warring with our Self. And all the many ways we argue, insist on our views as the 'right view', clashes with family members, judgments of our neighbors, communities, leaders etc.
Moreover the many ways in which we hold grudges, small though they may seem, still magnetize a level of hostility. Or the many, many judgments of self and others, linking us to vibrations of aggression, negligible though they may seem.

Of course this is the current project/lesson du'jour as evidenced by this photo appearing on FB this morning and many others!

Let us celebrate and energetically support the concept and exhibition of so many countries gathering in peacefully to express competition in healthy physical ways through the upcoming Olympic Games.

In memorium- Never Again

On this day of memorializing and remembering those that have died in wars, let us also take a moment to contemplate Peace. Mother Earth is the divine sacred feminine and is wisdom, justice, beauty, and compassion for as long as humanity has walked upon her. She is the irresistible power that destroys old forms and brings new ones into being. She is the healer and nurturer, she is the creative force that resides within both female and male. She is warmth, radiance, and beauty. She is the power that creates life and the force that can take it away. There has been much talk about the sacred feminine coming forth at this time. But what does that mean, look like, entail for us individually, culturally and as a planet? Does the masculine need to move to the passenger seat and let women drive for a while or perhaps even take a back seat? Or is it a resurgence of those qualities and aspects within both genders that reflect the receptive, relational, cooperative or co-creational tendencies. In many Native American teachings a warrior had little chance to be chief or a leader in hunting and war if he had not fully developed the ability to receive guidance through dreaming or on a Vision Quest. This core principle of male/female balance developed greater equilibrium and more unity within self, family, the tribe and the earth.

Prominent in the skies this month are Mars and Venus allowing males to open the “feminine energy conduit within self so that their creative action can be supported by the feminine intuitive heart-centered awareness so that these two energetics can spiral in equilibrium. This in turn provides males to have the receptive sensitivity to embrace the external feminine expression in the world and allows the female to radiate their inner intuitive heart light in power in confidence. This in-turn allows females to draw males that honor and support their feminine power, and that have the sensitivity to utilize the feminine wisdom in their actions and pursuits in life. How do we do this? In this month of the tropical astrological sign of Taurus we learn to develop our sensory system—sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell—to access our High Sense Perception of intuitive guidance- by tuning in to our inner space and subtle sensitivities; by connecting with the dynamic forces of nature; by nurturing our body; by staying grounded in physical reality and by connecting with the abundant sustaining gifts of Mother Earth.


An ideal practice is working on and in the Land of you through the land itself. See with childlike eyes the attractiveness in what some may view as weed, the pattern and color of wild flowers. Smell the moisture or lack of it in the air to know when to water. Sense the minute changes in the suns passage over your area; the incremental blossoming process. Allow yourself to sink in ever more deeply to the realm of the elements, elementals, plant spirits and faerie hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting and feeling their presence so as to work in cooperation and co-creation with the earth and all her aspects.

If you have the Young Living oil of Vetiver or Tsuga use them in addition to Valor for linking in to the earth of you and grounding in to the land and your body. Welcome, welcome spring!

Greetings Dear Ones,

In this time of ‘quickening’ you may be feeling the urge to move your body, make changes to your environment and expand your creative reach through work, business ventures and/or other artistic means. These and many more impulses at this time of year can be modern day reflections of ancient agricultural tasks done as groundwork for a bountiful harvest later in the year.

On the heels of a very mild winter, the Vernal Equinox of 2012 on Mar. 20 occurs earlier than it has for more than 100 yrs. reducing the amount of winter quiet time for our inner reflections and preparation of the ‘soil’ of our lives. The acceleration of this whole process may cause an urgency for ‘Spring Cleaning’ right now on many levels of our being.

This continues the energetic wave of transformation initiated at the start of 2012 to purge any toxic patterns that impede the true expression of us in any area of our lives. “Life is a participatory process. Like the continuous crossing and migration of populations, so ideas rise, change form and carry on. Just as our forebears purified their space to make way for new energy, so we must "spring clean" - dispose of old thoughts and arrangements that take too much from us.”

We have also been moving through a period when large openings or slits in the earth’s strata give rise to an ease of movement in and out of different times and dimensions. For many ‘sensitives’ this can be very destabilizing causing physical ‘wooziness’, headaches, dizzy spells and/or nausea. We can liken this to a type of ‘motion sickness’ given that one can so easily slip into a past where particular beliefs or thought processes were formed and/or set into the energy field of you and can resurrect deep emotional ‘hooks’, albeit unconsciously. Many have reported in working through these occurrences, that even handling objects from the past or recalling certain experiences resulted in the aforementioned discomfort. Yet, after energetic recalibration in sessions they experienced a much deeper level of even subconscious emotional attachment dissolving and dissipating.

If you have not had the opportunity, I encourage you to sit, preferably in the safety and beauty of Nature and create a diagram of the different areas of your life, from physical (body) to environment (home, office), relationships (intimate, social), work (creative expression, financial remuneration), community (relatives, groups) and begin to list those things that tend to weigh on you, deter you, distract you or pull you away from the primary drivers that lead you to the joy and adventure of your life. List those habits, encounters, people, objects, thoughts and beliefs that impede you from living a life of excited expectation, borne from genuine acceptance of ‘what is’, rooted in the acknowledgment of ‘free will choice’ designed by you for you to experience a particular facet of your souls journey.

Super Galactic Centre, is a term that refers to a point in the Virgo Cluster that marks the centre of our Local Cluster filled with galaxies of which ours is merely one of 5000, an astronomical point which stands out currently. “The Super Galactic Centre provides a phenomenal opportunity for our greater well being, but only if we are willing to totally relinquish personal scenarios or past events in our lives that may seem that, if we let them go, the ramifications will result in our total demise. However, it is only through the surrender, the relinquishment of the past into this massive cosmic essence of pure (selfless) Divine Love that allows our re-emergence, our re-birth, into a new light of being., Nick Fiorenza

Vitality, Crativity and Passion

I believe when we truly understand and embody all the implications of loving oneself, it automatically manifests as deep compassion and acceptance for others, a felt sense of connection to nature and the planet, a palpable, physical experience of The All which allows us to move from the inner essence or core of us, thus actually being in that flow which then guides our everyday choices and tasks. Ben Ralston says it this way “The human being is made up of energy (consciousness). When we experience our highest potential (pure consciousness), we vibrate energetically in ‘tune’ with the world around us. But when our experience is blocked by the effects of unresolved trauma, we vibrate at a much lower level – and there is no ‘flow’."

For the past month the cosmological energetics focused on up-leveling the planetary vibration have been turning the core of the earth in on itself to renew at a purer level without much of the fixating structures of iron which hold the old forms and blueprints of a low level 3rd Dimensional planet in place. This makes available to each of us the sacred mathematics necessary to disengage the negative, self destructive, self limiting patterns anchored into our bodies and energy systems through those unresolved traumas of younger years.
